We designed and rebuilt the new studio for Gemischtes Hack, one of Germany’s top podcasts. With the new season launching as a video podcast, a distinctive look had to be found and implemented.

The name of the show hints at a butcher shop, so tiles were used for the walls and combined with a plastic flap door on the left. This is contrasted with a wooden table and warm light coming through a translucent cupboard on the right. The general room atmosphere can be shaped by a number of lights installed under the roof, on tripods and behind the drywalls of the set.
