ROLLING BLIND DATE BAR

We designed and built a mobile stage truck for Coca-Cola and their brand cooperation between Mezzo Mix and Netflix Love is Blind.

 

The experience consists of two cozy booths accessible from opposite sides of the truck, and a bar in the center. The booths are connected by an intransparent mesh so two participants can talk without seeing each other first. After the blind date, they can move on to the bar area to meet each other face to face and have a drink.

 

Both the booths and the bar area are prepared with camera and audio recording equipment to document the meet-ups for social media, if participants agree. The bar also hands out product samples to passers-by and other visitors. The truck so far toured different locations in Berlin, Cologne and Munich and can be towed by a regular car without requiring any special permits. The stairs and inflatable can as well as a wheelchair ramp are transported on the inside so that everything can be set up or dismounted in a matter of hours.
