Neulant van Exel

Spotify made their wild hearts playlist come to live at Festsaal Kreuzberg and Neulant van Exel prepared the venue.

We provided illustration cut-outs for the entrance area, as well as the event areas and stages. We added furniture and cozy red sofas inside the club. We built a big round table for group table tennis sessions. We set up a photo booth for guests to take pictures. We provided a big bunch of shirts, tote bags and other items that guests could print and personalize at the merch station. We set up an art wall in the garden, curated by illustrator Tim Robot, where everyone could immortalize themselves with bright colors.

The highlight were a whopping 100 guitar and hearts piñatas suspended from the roof and filled with various sweets – guests could try to break them open over the course of the night, blindfolded of course, with a stick.

All bands who took the stage that night were subsequently interviewed in the Neulant van Exel lab space that turned into a broadcast studio for the occasion.
